  • Users calls the Operator to complain against any issues regarding food,ration or kerosene oil.Operator register the calls and refers to the Advisor(Head Operator).
  • Advisor refers to the S.C.F.S. if the complaint is regarding Gram Panchayat or Municipality issue.Then, S.C.F.S. refers to the D.C.F.S. After that,D.C.F.S. refers to the D.D.P.S. if the complaint type is Gram Panchayat. D.C.F.S. refers to D.D.R. if the complaint type is D.D.R
  • Advisor refers to the R.O. if the complaint type is ration related.R.O. refers to the J.D.R if he cannot solve it.J.D.R. refers to the D.R. if he cannot solve it.
